Photo Cache
Backstory: My 16 year old son asked us one evening if he and his girlfriend at the time could drive 7 hours up to Jackson to visit her relatives. My wife and I said “ah, that would be a no, but maybe we could drive you up there.” 🤔
Our gears started turning and my brain went into planning mode. Let’s plan a trip in our camper van! After creating an itinerary, packing checklist, and budget for the trip in Notion, the rest was easy and it turned out to be an amazing trip.
While there, we spent some time driving around Grand Teton National Park in our camper van and parked in various spots to take in the scenery, hike some trails, and photograph some rare moments.
Maybe it’s part of my mid-life crisis, but I often daydream about what it would be like to live that life full-time. Being a digital nomad wouldn’t be a walk in the woods, but I’d like to think that the freedom and satisfaction that it would bring to life would be well worth it.

I listen to just about every genre of music and lately I am really enjoying jazz and old remixes of jazz beats. Although Pete Rock was popular when I was growing up in the 90s, I did not listen back then. He’s got an interesting life story and some great music.
